Frequently asked questions
How long has Consult One been in business?
Since 2004. Twenty-two years of building and running websites, infrastructure and marketing for businesses in Jordan, and since 2014 across the Gulf and the United States.
Where is Consult One based?
Amman, Jordan — 3rd Circle, Jabal Amman, Zahran Street. Most work is delivered remotely across eight markets, with on-site visits scheduled where a project needs them.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Both, as a matter of course. Interfaces, content, documentation and support are produced in both languages by a team that writes natively in each — which is why our bilingual sites do not read as translated.
What size of client do you work with?
From single-owner businesses to companies with several hundred staff across multiple countries. What our clients have in common is that they want one partner accountable for the result, not four vendors pointing at each other.
Can you take over a project someone else built?
Frequently. We start with an audit of what exists — code, hosting, accounts, documentation — and give you a written assessment before anyone touches production.
How do projects start?
With a conversation and then a written scope and a fixed price. Discovery is chargeable only on large builds; for most projects the quote costs you nothing.
