General questions
Where is Consult One based?
We are headquartered in Amman, Jordan and have been since our founding in 2004. We serve clients across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and the United States.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We serve clients in the GCC region and the United States, in addition to our core Jordan market. We communicate in both Arabic and English and work across time zones.
How long has Consult One been in business?
Consult One was founded in 2004 — that is over 22 years of delivering IT and digital services to businesses across Jordan, the GCC and the USA.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Our entire team is bilingual — Arabic and English. We write content, design materials, and communicate natively in both languages. We never use machine translation for client-facing content.
How do I get a quote?

Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes. For larger projects we offer structured payment plans — typically 50% to begin and 50% upon delivery. For ongoing retainers we bill monthly in advance.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We respect client confidentiality and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before beginning any project discussions.
Can you manage services for my business in multiple countries?
Yes. We regularly manage digital marketing, websites and IT infrastructure for clients operating across multiple countries — Jordan, GCC and the USA simultaneously.
Service-specific questions
Do you only build WordPress websites?
WordPress is our primary CMS but we also build on Drupal, Joomla, Shopify and fully custom-coded web applications depending on your requirements.
Will my website work in Arabic?
Yes. All websites we build fully support Arabic (right-to-left) and English with a language toggle, managed separately in the CMS.
Do you manage paid advertising budgets directly?
We manage your campaigns but the ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta by you — ensuring full transparency. Our fee covers management and optimization only.
What IT brands do you work with?
We are authorized partners for Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Sophos, Kaspersky, Adobe, Carbonite/OpenText and the major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
Can you print and deliver to cities outside Amman?
Yes. We deliver printed materials to all Jordanian cities. For GCC clients we provide print-ready files for local printing, or ship small quantities.
